This program includes emphasis options:

• Hotel management
• Restaurant management
• Meetings and events
• Tribal gaming

The first three concentrations are common ones, but the Tribal Gaming concentration allows you to focus on “cultural and political contexts; casino operations; legal and regulatory issues; marketing; and public relations in tribal gaming.”

Through rigorous coursework, internships, seminars, and student organizations, you will gain the knowledge and skills necessary for a vibrant hospitality career. You will complete 1,000 hours of work experience beginning in your second year. You could also spend a semester studying abroad! Ninety-nine percent of Payne School graduates receive job offers right away.
