How do I apply for a Bachelor’s in Health Education?
Applications to online bachelor’s programs in health education begin the same way as applications to traditional undergraduate degree programs do. Students must graduate from high school (or earn a GED) or hold an associate degree, often in a subject area relevant to health education. Online bachelor’s programs are often degree-completion programs, rather than full bachelor’s programs. This means that students must have completed half or more of the total credits required for the degree before they can begin the program. Students who have already earned an associate degree often meet this required credit requirement. Those who still need to complete prerequisite and general education requirements can attend a local community college, and some degree-completion programs have professional partners who offer the necessary courses. Applicants should also plan to submit a personal statement and letters of recommendation.
